Introduction: Autonomous aldosterone secretion (AAS) is present in approximately 10% of hypertensives. Adrenal incidentalomas (AI) can be found in up to 19% of hypertensive individuals. However, data on the incidence of AAS in hypertensive patients with AI is scarce.
